Advance Bariatric Counseling is seeking a passionate and dedicated therapist to join my group practice, specializing exclusively in Bariatrics. This 1099 position offers a unique opportunity to focus solely on the bariatric population, running support groups, providing individual therapy, and conducting therapy intensives.

• Location: Fully virtual, must be located and licensed in Florida. If you prefer in office therapy, will need to be located in the Orlando, Fl area.

• Requirements:

• Experience in bariatrics and a strong desire to work with this population as your sole focus.

• Ability to run support groups (pre-op and post-op) and provide therapy intensives if requested (will train for both).

• Fully licensed preferred, but registered interns with relevant experience may be considered.

• Training & Mentorship:

• Receive specialized training and mentorship from a leader in the field of bariatric mental health. Training can be completed prior to starting, with a flat fee paid for completion.

• Pay Structure:

• You will be paid weekly regardless of insurance payouts.

• 65/35 split for fully licensed providers and 60/40 split for registered intern

• 50/50 split for support groups

• 80/20 split for therapy intensives.
